    I bought this to get my kids started on an Omega-3 sup­ple­ment and it’s a great idea; how­ever, while it’s prob­a­bly the best option you have for kids, it does not taste good. It has an unpleas­ant orange taste, cer­tainly OK enough for an adult, and maybe for some kids, but for many kids I think you will have a bat­tle. My daugh­ter will take it mixed in some choco­late yogurt but she’s a really good sport. My son HATES it in every com­bi­na­tion I’ve tried so far. It is very hard to mask the dom­i­nant orange taste. I am try­ing it today in a cou­ple of table­spoons of rasp­berry sor­bet and see if that will fly–it might as the super­sweet fla­vor of the sor­bet goes a long way to mel­low­ing the orange. Bot­tom line: not every kid is going to like this, and with good rea­son.
