a study from the United King­dom that revealed that a few healthy habits can result in an extra 14 years of life. The for­mula is nei­ther new nor mirac­u­lous. Eat lots of fruits and veg­eta­bles, don’t smoke, drink alco­hol in mod­er­a­tion and exer­cise regularly.

The study tracked 20,000 peo­ple and found that those who fol­lowed the four health strate­gies lived on aver­age 14 years longer than the other study participants.

Recipe:
Ingre­di­ents:
2 slices of Nature’s Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread
2 slices of 2% fat Amer­i­can cheese
2 sec­onds of olive oil cook­ing spray
Instruc­tions:
1. Pre­heat skil­let or pan with medium heat
2. Spray pan with 1 sec­ond of cook­ing spray
3. Place both slices of cheese between bread slices
4. Place cheese sand­wich in pre­heated skil­let
5. When bread is golden, spray one sec­ond cook­ing spray in pan and flip sand­wich
6. Remove from skil­let when the other side is golden
