Accord­ing to the World Orga­ni­za­tion, at least one-third of all can­cer cases are pre­ventable.  Here are some help­ful tips on how to decrease your chances of con­tract­ing can­cer:
1.  Engage in reg­u­lar phys­i­cal activ­ity.  There is a cor­re­la­tion between obe­sity and cer­tain forms of can­cer.
